It is free to join as a MarketPlace member. To become a MarketPlace provider, you need to sign up. A fee of $4,000 per annum is applicable to become a MarketPlace provider and itprovides you with a cloud sandbox, documentation, promotional activities and much more.
All development is done in the normal way through UXP IDE. There is a single option in the IDE to tick to mark as a “Hybrid Project”.
